July 3, 2018 UPDATE
Master Management has begun the installation of the new, brighter and safer street lights in the community. The first section to receive the lights is the Richmond area. Below is a picture of what the lights look like.
Master Management has purchased hundreds of new street lights to improve lighting and increase safety across Century Village East.
The new LED lights provide brighter light than the older fixtures. This improves visibility and safety as LED light makes it easier to see details in the dark.
Master Management does not maintain all the lights in CVE. Lights located on buildings are the responsibility of the individual building associations. If there are lights on buildings that need repair or should be upgraded, it should be brought to the attention of the building management.
